A Shift in Our Mindset

Apr 19, 2018 - Apr 20, 2018
Elim Church
419 Slimmons Rd
Saskatoon SK S7V 0E3

Mental health issues affect everyone in society. It is so important to educate ourselves and build capacity in our students, families and community, ensuring that we have the skills to understand and not fear the term “Mental Health”.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important in every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

A Shift in Our Mindset Conference is designed to offer our delegates resources and strategies to work within their community with a deeper understanding of how mental health affects all of us.
